1. General

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through the online shop of Maison Élenoir via the domain www.maisonelenoir.com by you, the CUSTOMER.

By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Any differing terms or conditions from the customer will not be recognized unless explicitly accepted by us in writing.

2. Use of Service

You may use our services only as permitted by law and these Terms. All content on our site is for personal, non-commercial use. Use of our materials for commercial purposes without a license is prohibited.

3. Contract Conclusion

Placing products in your shopping cart does not constitute a binding contract. A contract is only formed when we accept your order by:

Sending a separate order confirmation email, or
Dispatching the goods within 3 business days after your order

4. Prices and Shipping

All prices on our website are shown in EUR (Euro) by default.
Depending on your location or selected currency, prices may also be displayed in CHF, USD, or other supported currencies.

Prices include applicable value-added tax (VAT), where required by law.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown separately.

For international deliveries, additional taxes or customs duties may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Payment

Payment methods include credit card, PayPal, and other secure options. Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. Currency conversion fees may apply depending on your payment provider.

6. Delivery

Products are shipped to the address you provide. Estimated delivery times are shown on each product page.

If the delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete address information, re-shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

7. Returns and Refunds

We only accept returns in the case of:

A faulty product
An incorrect item being delivered

Returns due to sizing errors are not accepted.
Please refer to the sizing guide or contact us before ordering if you're unsure about your size.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

8. Retention of Title

All products remain the property of Silent Ambition until full payment has been received.

9. Warranty and Liability

We are liable only for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence.
For all other claims, statutory Swiss consumer rights apply.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Swiss law.
The place of jurisdiction is the business location of Silent Ambition in Switzerland.

11. Final Provisions

Should any part of these Terms be found invalid, the remainder will continue in full force.
